badlands

I'm in rapid city right now. i drove through the badlands right at dusk. i didn't get to do any hiking around there so i might try to go back some time this week. that place looks like its right out of Dr. Seuss. it made for the coolest sunsets I've ever seen. i also saw a few families of bighorn sheep, and a porcupine. I'm not sure what i am doing tonight. i would like to stay in the city and I'm really sick of driving, so i might sleep in the car again. this town looks like its got a lot going on too.
